Keeping Everyone Safe - Covid 19

We are super excited about re-opening and being able to welcome people to Craigduckie again.  We want to make sure we keep everyone (our guests, our community and ourselves) as safe as possible and in order to do so we will be: 

Following Government Cleaning Advice

our properties will be cleaned to the same high standard as previously and will then be disinfected.  we will ask guests to please strip their own beds and all linen, towels and mattress and pillow protectors will be replaced between guests and washed at a high temperature. All crockery,cutlery and kitchen utensils will be put through the dishwasher between guests.

We will remove extra cushions and throws from our accommodation in order to minimise risk.  We will also remove the games and DVD's and ask that guests bring their own. 

Welcome Packs will be issued electronically in order to reduce the surfaces present in the huts. 

Setting up Self Check-in

We will make sure that guests can check in without coming into contact with us although we will always be on hand (from a distance) should you need us.

Promoting Good Hygiene 

Extra hand wash will be provided in our accommodation as well as hand sanitiser inside and outside.

Katie has completed the Covid 19 - Holiday Let Cleaning Course and will be supervising all cleaning and disinfecting. 

Whilst we have had to make changes to minimise the risk please rest assured that we still aim to give you the best glamping experience and the little extras such as the homemade cake on arrival will remain.
